Adult Recreational Classes

We offer a variety of adult aerial classes—including drop-ins and series. Many of our classes are beginner friendly, no experience required! Our highly trained instructors will help meet you where you are at. We are her to support you aerial adventures! You can view our current schedule on our registration portal Dance Studio Pro.

Private lessons are also available on trapeze, lyra (aerial hoop), fabric, and sling. Please contact our studio to book a private lesson.

eXs Performance Company

The eXs Performance Company is a unique collaboration with Empowerment Pole and Fitness to produce high energy, seductive shows. Auditions are open to performers ages 18 and up and are announced to adult classes and via the studio Instagram. We have produced two shows so far: Quixotic (2024) and VorteXs (2025).
